A free dental screening camp was organised by I CAN TRUST for students of Girls High School in Chennai . This was done in conjunction with a team of Doctors from Sri Balaji Dental College & Hospital, Chennai. The Free Dental camp was held at the Government Muslim Girls High School, Broadway, Chennai on Thursday – 03rd October 2013 .

The medical team of Dental Doctors were headed by Dr. Anitha and Dr. Riyaz Ahmed and ably supported by three House -Surgeons who carried out the screening and attended to dental problems covering 70 girl students from Standard 6th to 10th .
The camp started at 10.30 am to 1 pm. The girls in the school were from the economically deprived background who were unable to afford medicare . The girl students who required further treatment were asked to come to the Hospital in Velachery where followup treatment and after-care would be available.
